Plastic Recycling
Plastic Recycling:
TRP Morwell Ltd is rapidly developing projects using commercially proven technologies that produce the highest quality fuels and green energy from waste materials.
Our primary applications are converting petroleum based waste streams (such as plastics and tyres) into valuable commodities for reuse – reinventing oil with conservation and energy efficiency.
The recycling plants use the latest low temperature technology and provide a computer controlled continuous operation. Its capacity is 10,000 tons per year, however larger scale equipment could process up to 40,000 tons, and with quality end-products will guarantee an economical and profitable viability.
The computer controlled automatic plant uses Reverse Process Technology to Pyrolize and Deoxidize tires and plastics as well as other waste into other waste into liquid fuel oil. This oil automatically processed into Diesel fuel, Petrol, High Grade Kerosene (Jet Fuel) carbon black and a small amount of non-condensible fuel gas.
Available to process from 10 ton up 100 ton per day.
Plants can run 24/7 for up to 6 months none stop.
Our plant can recycle PET, PETE (polyethylene terephthalate), HDPE (high density polyethylene), PVC (polyvinyl chloride), LDPE (low density polyethylene), PP (Polypropylene),and poly-carbonate or ABS, this includes shopping bags, straws, film, plastic tops and plastic bottles combined.
Feed-stock can be mixed. No need to wash, remove labeling or caps or shredding.
Output from above mixed Plastic feed-stock is 70% Diesel fuel, 30% Bitumen.
